Sally’s written initial presentation was superb and conveyed an unmatched sales focus that served us well.  What she said in the personal interview with the 3 of us led us to believe she would work tirelessly, creatively and professionally for us… AND SHE DID!  She gave us good price setting advice that blende and 3 opinions of ours into the right initial price and she was correct in her approach.  She staged the house with extraordinary vision and sales focus and she advised the 3 of us on the major things to do to prepare the house and property for maximum appeal … AND SHE WAS RIGHT ON!  Sally made numerous trips to the property on our behalf and she kept us informed with almost a significant difference in everything we did.  She was determined to make certain every potential buyer was handled well … AND SHE MADE IT HAPPEN.  Finally, we probably achieved the maximum price for the house which had been part of my life since 1964.  It was a bittersweet process to sell our property after all these years, but Sally walked with us each step of the journey and made the transfer of property as enjoyable as it could be.

My mother, who is 92 years old, needed to sell her house after moving into an assisted living center.
